CAREER DEVELOPMENTCareer Development aims to support students to identify possible future pathways and develop work-based skills to increase their success in the workplace. Career Development is an important part of a students’ learning development. Through their engagement in the specialised subject, students will have the opportunity to consider different educational and career pathways and gain confidence in their work-based skills. Students will be encouraged to reflect on their personal qualities and work style preferences through a range of resources that promote conversations about their learning and career goals.
